Pallet Repairer Wanted!! Night shift

Key Responsibilities

• Working at a dedicated repair station where pallets are delivered via conveyor.
• Conducting visual inspections to ensure pallet battens are secure and undamaged.
• Using a hydraulic lifter to safely remove damaged or loose battens.
• Operating an angle grinder to remove remaining nails.
• Securing new battens using a pneumatic nail gun.
• Using hydraulic equipment to flip pallets and inspect both sides.
• Consistently maintaining productivity targets

Key Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of performing a repetitive, physically demanding role involving lifting and moving pallets.
• Strong work ethic and the motivation to maintain productivity throughout the shift.
• Reliable transport to and from the workplace.
• Previous experience in a production, factory, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience using hand and power tools such as angle grinders and nail guns is highly regarded.
